I had the privilege of working with Dennis when he first joined the Winnipeg Police
Force in the early 70's, He was a big man with a very easy going manner. We
became friends till his passing. I will cherish his memory the rest of my life. He
endured his illness and never complained through out his lengthy illness. My
condolences to his family
