James "Jim" Milne passed away peacefully with family by his side on November 14th, 2024.

Jim was born on March 10th, 1934 on his parent's farm and attended school in Beulah, MB.

Jim married Anne Sawyer on October 28th, 1961 and they took over the Milne family farm.

They had three children Bev, Janice, and Brad that they raised on the farm.

August long weekend of 2003 Jim and Anne retired to Birtle when son Brad and his wife Candice took over the family farm. Jim still enjoyed many years helping out on the farm until he was 85 years of age. Anne passed away on September 21st, 2019. In March of 2024 due to his health Jim moved to Brandon and resided at Victoria Landing Retirement Residence so he could have better access to health care and assisted living needs.
